I never believed property ownership was for someone like me, whose income never seemed to be quite enough to qualify for traditional finance. But at 50, after years working in property-focused roles, I made a decisive shift — to get properly educated and build something of my own.

2025 was about education. I trained with the UK leading property coach and mentor Steven Green, achieving a high level ITOL qualification, putting myself amongst inspiring and high achieving individuals who have and continue to help align my investing with strong values and long-term thinking.

Today, I’m building a ten-year property portfolio across the UK and the US, using proven strategies to invest intelligently, create sustainable returns, and breathe new life back into underperforming properties; sharing all the learns with my children to help develop their understanding of clever investing way before they hit 50!
